维药毛头牛蒡子中牛蒡苷和牛蒡苷元提取方法的筛选

The screening of extraction method of arctiin and arctigenin from Uyghur medicine Arctium tomentosum Mill

目的确定维药毛头牛蒡子中牛蒡苷和牛蒡苷元的最佳提取方法。方法分别采用索氏提取法、超声波提取法、超声细胞粉碎提取法、微波提取法提取毛头牛蒡子中牛蒡苷和牛蒡苷元,采用高分离度快速液相色谱仪测定牛蒡苷和牛蒡苷元的含量。结果通过不同提取方法的考察,发现超声细胞粉碎提取法提取的牛蒡苷与牛蒡苷元含量分别为65.852 5、5.127 8 mg/g,微波提取法提取的牛蒡苷与牛蒡苷元含量分别为105.977 5、3.835 0 mg/g,索氏提取法提取的牛蒡苷与牛蒡苷元含量分别为54.182 5、2.24 85 mg/g,超声波提取法提取的牛蒡苷与牛蒡苷元含量分别为33.727 5、1.225 1 mg/g,通过对比最终确定采用微波提取法为最佳提取方法。结论微波提取法简单、可靠、准确,可用于毛头牛蒡子中牛蒡苷和牛蒡苷元的提取。

Objective To compare the different extract methods of Arctium tomentosum Mill to determine the optimized extraction method of arctiin and arctigenin with the rapid resolution liquid chromatography. Methods The soxhlet extraction method,ultrasonic extraction method,ultrasonic cell crushing extraction method,microwave extraction method were used to extract the arctiin and arctigenin from Arctium tomentosum Mill,and the content determination of arctiin and arctigenin were conducted with the rapid resolution liquid chromatography.Results The content of arctiin and arctigenin from Arctium tomentosum Mill were 65.852 5 mg/g and 5.127 8 mg/g by ultrasonic cell crushing extraction method,105.977 5 mg/g and 3.835 0 mg/g by the microwave extraction method,54.182 5 mg/g and 2.248 5 mg/g by the soxhlet extraction method,and 33.727 5 mg/g and 1.225 1 mg/g by the ultrasonic extraction,respectively.Conclu-sion The microwave extraction method was the best extraction method,which was simple,reliable,and accuracy,thus it is useful for extraction of arctiin and arctigenin from Arctium tomentosum Mill.
