微针刀T型松解术治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

. Clinical Study on Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis Treated by Micro Needle Knife T-type Release

目的:观察微针刀T型松解术在神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的效果。方法:120例随机分为两组各60例,对照组用针灸推拿治疗,观察组用微针刀T型松解术治疗。结果:治疗前两组间PRI评分、VAS评分、PPI评分、临床症状、体征、工作能力及手功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗15天观察组PRI评分、VAS评分及PPI评分低于对照组(P<0.05),临床症状、体征、工作能力及手功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微针刀T型松解术治疗CSR疗效较好。

Objective： To observe the micro needle knife T loose solution in treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type （CSR）.Method： 120 patients were divided into two groups in random, 60 cases in each group. The control group were treated with acupuncture and massage therapy while the observation group were treated with micro needle knife T loose solution, Result： There was no statistical difference in PRI score, VAS score, PPI scores, clinical symptoms, signs, the ability to work and hand function score between the two groups before treatment （ P〉0.05 ） and at the time point of 15 d after treatment, PRI score, VAS score and PPI score, clinical symptoms, signs, the ability to work and the hand function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05） .At the same time point of 15 d after treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Micro needle knife T loose solution could significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment of CSR.
