高频振荡通气治疗新生儿胎粪吸入综合征临床研究 被引量:2

Clinical Study of High Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation on Newborn Infant with Severe Meconium Aspiration Syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨高频振荡通气(HFOV)对重症新生儿胎粪吸入综合征(MAS)的治疗效果。方法:选取广州医科大学附属第二附属医院近几年MAS患儿,分为HFOV组和常频机械通气(CMV)组。对比(1)两组治疗前后肺氧合功能。(2)两组机械通气时间和氧疗时间。(3)两组病情转归及并发症。结果:HFOV组在上机后2 h、12 h、24 h、48 h氧浓度,氧合指数明显低于CMV组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HFOV组上机时间,氧疗时间短于CMV组(P<0.05)。结论:HFOV能更好地改善MAS患儿的肺氧合功能,缩短上机时间,对治疗重症新生儿MAS具有较好的疗效。 Objective To discuss the curative effect of high frequency oscillatory ventilation on newborn infant with meconium aspiration syndrome(MAS). Methods 16 MAS patients were in HFOV group treated with high frequency oscillatory ventilation. Other 16 MAS patients were in CMV group treated with conventional mechanical ventilation.compared two groups' clinical curative effects. ResultsFi O2 and OI in HFOV groups after treatment for 2,12,24,48 hr were obviously lower than that in CMV group,and there were signifi cant differences(P 〈0.05).The times of mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy in HFOV group were shorter than that in CMV group(P 〈0.05). Conclusions High frequency oscillatory ventilation can better improve lung oxygenation function of MAS patients.Shorten mechanical ventilation time,which shows that has better curative effect on newborn infant with MAS.
