唑来膦酸治疗骨质疏松性骨折的临床研究

摘要 目的:探究唑来膦酸治疗骨质疏松性骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2014年5月至2015年5月东莞东华医院治疗的86例骨质疏松性骨折患者,根据治疗方法不同,分为A组和B组,各43例,B组在手术后口服骨化三醇和碳酸钙D3,A组在B组的基础上静脉注射唑来膦酸,1年1次,比较两组在手术前和手术后1年骨密度水平及再次骨折概率两方面的差异。结果:手术后1年内A组再次骨折数明显低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组手术后1年髋部密度和腰椎骨密度均比治疗前有明显增加,另外与B组患者手术1年后的髋部密度和腰椎骨密度相比也明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用唑来膦酸治疗骨质疏松性骨折可以获得良好的临床效果。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacyof zoledronic acid in the treatment of osteoporotic fractures.Methods 86 patients with osteoporotic fractures, according to the different treatmentafter operation, were divided into A group and B group, with 43 cases in each group. Based on B group which was given calcitriol and caltrate D3 in oral after operation, A group was else given zoledronic acid intravenous injection. The bone mineral density(BMD) and re-fracture rate were compared between two groups. Results Re-fracture rate of A group were lower than B group with signifi cant difference(P〈 0.05); after one year treatment, femur BMD and lumbar BMD were increased obviously in two groups which showed signifi cant difference compared pretreatment(P〈 0.05). Conclusion Zoledronicaciddemonstrate a remarkable clinical effi cacy in the treatment of osteoporotic fractures and the application can be extended.
