摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病足的预防及护理措施。方法:选取广东省中医院芳村分院2015年收治的40例糖尿病足患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性的分析研究。结果:在40例患者当中,经过预防和护理,31例足溃疡表浅者全部愈合,3例深度溃疡治愈,5例好转,无截肢致残病例。结论:对糖尿病足患者做好早期预防和护理工作,能够有效的降低截肢致残率,提高临床治愈率。
Objective To study the prevention and nursing measures of diabetic foot. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with diabetic foot treated in our department were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 40 cases, after the prevention and nursing, 31 cases of foot ulcers were healed, there were 3 cases of deep ulcer healing and 5 cases improved, no amputation deformity cases. Conclusion The early prevention and nursing of diabetic foot patients can effectively reduce the amputation rate and improve the clinical cure rate.
