石家庄市部分社区居民对全科医师及其服务的认知情况调查 被引量:4

Perception of residents towards general practitioners and their services in Shijiazhuang

摘要 目的了解石家庄市社区居民对全科医师的认知情况,为今后完善全科医疗服务、改进全科医师培养方式奠定基础。方法采取入户问卷调查方法,随机抽样调查540名不同性别、年龄、文化程度、职业的社区居民,了解社区居民对全科医师认知情况、认知途径、服务需求以及接受意愿等情况。结果发放问卷540份,回收有效问卷509份。被调查的居民中,仅5.1%(26/509)居民表示了解全科医师,32.6%(166/509)的居民对全科医师了解较少,13.0%(66/509)的居民表示完全没有听说过全科医师。网络为≤45岁居民了解全科医师的主要方式(占46.9%,89/190),电视报道为>45岁的居民了解全科医师的主要方式(占21.4%,28/131)。3145岁的居民中对全科医师需求比例最高(占75.6%,133/176),≤30岁居民最低(占59.4%,120/202),各年龄段间差异存在统计学意义(χ2=12.538,P=0.013),不同职业和学历居民对全科医师的需求比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。78.0%(398/509)的居民愿意接受全科医师入户服务,仅9.6%(49/509)居民表示不愿意接受入户服务;51.7%(263/509)的居民愿意首选社区就诊,8.1%(41/509)的居民不愿意,40.3%(205/509)的居民表示要看全科医师制度推行效果后再决定;41.5%(211/509)的居民认为按年付费合理,14.1%(72/509)的居民认为不合理,44.4%(226/509)的居民持观望态度。结论社区居民对全科医师的认知度不高,认知途径单一,但需求度较高,多能接受全科医师上门服务和首选社区就诊,对按年付费持观望态度。应加强相关宣传力度,提高社区居民对全科医生的认知度,提高全科医生社区卫生服务能力。 Objective To survey the perception of community residents towards the general practitioners and their services in Shijiazhuang .Methods Questionnaire survey on the perception of community residents toward general practitioners was conducted among 540 residents in Shijiazhuang with different gender , age, education levels by random sampling .Results The number of valid questionnaires returned was 509.Among the residents investigated, only 5.1% (26/509) knew general practitioners, 32.6%(166/509) knew a little about general practitioners , and 13.0% (66/509) residents had never heard of general practitioners .The internet was the main approach to understand general practitioners for the residents ≤45 yr (46.9%, 89/190), and the television report was the main approach to understand general practitioners for the residents above 45 yr (21.4%, 28/131).The proportion of requirement for general practitioners was highest in the residents aged 31-45 yr (75.6%, 133/176), and lowest in the residents aged ≤30 yr (59.4%,120/202); there was significant difference between different age groups (P =0.013).There was no significant difference in the requirement for general practitioners between residents of different occupations and education levels ( P〉0.05 ).78.0% ( 398/509 ) residents showed their willingness to accept the home service provided by general practitioners , and only 9.6%(49/509) were not willing to accept home service .51.7% (263/509) residents showed that they were willing to consider the community health center as the first choice , 8.1% (41/509) residents were not willing.40.3% (205/509) residents would make their decision till the general practice system shows its effectiveness .41.5%(211/509) residents thought that it was reasonable if the service was offered on a yearly subscription basis , 14.1%(72/509) residents thought that it was unreasonable , and 44.4% (226/509) residents showed a“wait-and-see” attitude.Conclusion The perceptive level of residents towards general practitioners is not high, but the requirement for services is higher , and most residents show their willingness to accept the home services and considering the community health center as the first choice , but high proportion of residents shows a “wait-and-see” attitude toward the yearly subscription , and thus it is necessary to raise the perception of community residents towards the general practice in Shijiazhuang .
