肺内A型胸腺瘤一例

摘要 患者男，50岁。健康体检时发现右肺下叶占位性病变2d于2013年9月15日人院。既往无咳嗽、咳痰，无胸痛、咯血，无发热、畏寒及盗汗，无胸痛、乏力及呼吸困难等症状。人院体检：胸廓对称，无畸形，双侧呼吸运动度均等，叩音清，双肺未闻及干湿哕音。全身表浅淋巴结无肿大。
