摘要
依据煤化工企业水资源监控与优化信息物理系统"厚平台、薄应用"的设计思路,搭建了基于"云、网、端"的煤化工水资源使用与优化信息物理系统总体架构,阐述了该系统采用优化水夹点、数学规划和实时信息处理、大数据分析等技术的创新点,为煤化工企业水资源监控与优化管理提供高效计算、泛在接入、智能操作的跨地域的水资源使用提供服务,降低新鲜水消耗和废水的产生,提高效益。
Overall architecture based on thick platform and thin application that included "cloud, net, end" was founded by optimizing and monitoring Cyber-Physical System of water resources in coal chemical enterprises. Innovation point including optimization of water pinch technology, mathematical programming and real time information processing, big data analysis and other techniques were elaborated. Optimizing and monitoring services was supplied to coal chemical enterprises by efficient computing, ubiquitous access, intelligent operation cross-regional using of cross regional water resources, fresh water consumption and wastewater were reduced, and economic performance was improved.
