手术室护理质量敏感指标构建的初步研究

The development of operating room nursing quality sensitive indicator system

目的构建符合我国国情的手术室护理质量敏感指标。方法检索国内外原始文献,对入选文章进行评价,编制函询问卷,通过2轮专家函询对手术室护理质量敏感指标进行修正及确定。结果 2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率分别为92.86%（13/14）与100%（13/13）,2轮权威系数分别为0.86与0.83,协调系数为0.204~0.452。最终确定由4个一级指标、17个二级指标构成的手术室护理质量敏感指标。结论基于德尔菲法的手术室护理质量敏感指标可信度高、具有专科特色及实用性,可为临床提供规范指引,适用于手术室质量控制与评价。

Objective To develop a nursing quality sensitive indicator system in operating rooms. Methods Based on literature review,a draft operating room nursing quality sensitive indicator system was formulated and two rounds of expert consultation were conducted among 13 experts using Delphi technique. Results The expert authoritative coefficients were 0.86 and 0.83,and the coordination coefficient ranged from 0.204 to 0.452. The final operating room nursing quality sensitive indicator system consisted of four first-level indicators and 17 second-level indicators. Conclusion The operating room nursing quality sensitive indicator system based on Delphi technique is reliable,distinctive and practical,which can be used for quality control and evaluation in operating rooms.
