摘要
目的调查目前护理本科生的专业认同感并分析其影响因素,为护理教育改革提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料调查表和护理本科生专业认同问卷对我校1230名护理本科生进行调查。结果护理本科生专业认同感得分为(85.63±8.08)分,多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、年级及不同就读原因是学生专业认同感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论我校护理本科生专业认同感得分处于一般水平,有待进一步提高。建议护理教育者应根据不同学生的特点,有针对性地采取措施,提高护理本科生的专业认同感,以起到稳定护理队伍,促进护理学科发展的作用。
Objective To investigate the level and influence factors of professional identity among undergraduate nursing students,and provide basis for education reform. Methods Totally 1230 undergraduate nursing students were investigated with Questionnaire for Nursing Baccalaureate Students(QBNS). Results The total score of professional identity of undergraduate nursing students was(85.63±8.08). Multiple regression analysis showed that gender,grade and reasons to choose nursing profession were influence factors of professional identity. Conclusion Undergraduare nursing students' professional identity is in medium level. Nursing educators should take targeted measures to improve undergraduate nursing students' professional identity in order to stabilize nursing team and promote the development of nursing science.
