城乡老年人社区居家养老服务需求及影响因素分析

The level and influential factors of community-based home care demands among urban and rural older adults

目的分析成都市城乡老年人社区居家养老服务需求现状及影响因素。方法采用问卷调查的形式,对成都市178名城乡老年人进行调查。结果城乡老年人社区居家养老服务需求总分为(138.86±39.63)分,排在前3位的依次是社会福利、社会参与及医疗保健需求。多元线性回归分析结果显示,健康状况、文化程度、养老倾向是城乡老年人养老服务需求的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论政府与相关人员应以城乡养老服务需求为基础,为老年群体提供多元化、个体化、高水平的养老服务,使其真正享受高质量的晚年生活。

Objective To investigate the level and influential factors of community-based home care demands among urban and rural older adults in Chengdu. Methods Totally 178 urban and rural older adults in Chengdu were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The total score of community-based home care demands was（138.86±39.63）. Social welfare,social participation and health care were the highest needs of urban and rural older adults. Multiple regression analysis showed that health status,educational level and pension tendency were major influential factors of community-based home care demands among urban and rural older adults（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The government and society should provide diversified,individualized and high-quality care for older adults based on their needs.
