摘要
山洪灾害分析评价工作专业性强,技术水平要求高。基于河北省典型区分析评价工作的开展,对设计暴雨重要环节工作、设计洪水计算方法、设计洪水成果合理性分析、成灾水位、控制断面、危险区分级、预警指标确定等关键环节技术进行探讨,提出适合地方特点、可操作的、合理可行的技术方法。
The flash flood hazard analysis and evaluation require professionals in high technical level. Based on the experience of analysis and evaluation of flash flood in Hebei Province, the key technologies are studied for design storm, design flood calculation method, the results of rational analysis of design flood, disaster level, the control section, hazardous area classification, and the determination of warning indicator. In this paper, the key techniques and methods which meet local characteristics, easy and reasonable operation are presented.
