基于问卷调查的银行服务质量要求的分析 被引量:1

摘要 在市场经济和互联网金融冲击下,商业银行传统的服务方式受到了极大的挑战,如果不改变相关战略将难以应对快速变化的市场和顾客需求,这就需要了解新时代下顾客对服务质量的要求。本文以重庆市南岸地区所有工商银行网点为例,基于SERVQUAL模型展开调研,通过描述性统计分析,因子分析等方式对大量顾客数据进行分析,分析得出新时代下顾客对商业银行服务人员理念、商业银行服务的安全性及商业银行物理环境要求更高,并针对当前现状提出策略。
