摘要
目的研究15种常见药材的80%乙醇提取物体外抑菌活性。方法制备15种常见药材的醇提物,用琼脂打孔法对其进行抗菌活性的筛选,通过微量稀释法测定其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果地榆对大豆根腐菌的MIC与MBC分别是0.23 mg·m L^(-1)和0.23 mg·m L^(-1),黄连对禾谷镰孢菌的MIC和MBC均为0.23 mg·m L^(-1)。地榆、大黄及黄连对大豆根腐菌的抑菌率较高,均超过65%;地榆、大黄及黄连对小麦赤霉菌的抑菌率均超过70%,抑菌率分别为70.5%、74.9%和74.0%。结论地榆、大黄及黄连3种药物醇提物对大豆根腐菌、禾谷镰孢菌、小麦赤霉菌的抑制活性较为明显,该研究可为将其开发为高效植物源杀菌剂并控制农作物病害提供实验依据。
OBJECTIVE To research on the antibacterial activity of 80% ethanol extract from 15 kinds herbs objects.METHODS Alcohol extracts of 15 common herbs was prepared and its antimicrobial activity was screened with agar diffusion method,the minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration( MBC) were determined by microdilution method.RESULTS The MIC and MBC of Burnet to soybean root rot fungus were 0.23 mg·m L^-1and 0.23 mg·m L^-1,the MIC of berberine to Fusarium graminearum and MBC were 0. 23 mg·m L^-1. The inhibition rate of Burnet,rhubarb and berberine on soybean root rot was relatively high,which exceeded 65%. The antibacterial rate of burnet,rhubarb and berberine on the Fusarium graminearum was over70%,which respectively were 70. 5%,74. 9% and 74. 0%. CONCLUSION The inhibitory activity of alcohol extracts from Burnet,rhubarb and Coptis to soybean root rot fungus,Fusarium graminearum,and Fusarium graminearum is obvious. Some basic reference is provided for the efficient production of Fungicide Plant Disease Control.
