乳腺癌化疗前后凝血功能及血脂变化的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Variations of Coagulation Function and Blood Lipid Level before and after Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer

观察乳腺癌患者化疗前后凝血常规和血脂变化,初探西黄胶囊对化疗后乳癌患者高凝状态的影响。选取湖南省人民医院2016年1月~2016年7月诊治的乳腺癌患者102例,比较化疗前、化疗后常规凝血功能的指标。（1）在乳腺癌患者化疗后均有PTA升高,PT、AF-Ⅲ的缩短,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。（2）在乳腺癌患者化疗后均存在着TG、TG/CH的升高,HDL的降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。（3）在Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期乳腺癌患者中化疗后的Fbg、TT较Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期患者化疗后升高,而APTT、HDL较Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期患者化疗后降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。（4）乳腺癌患者化疗期间辅助服用西黄胶囊者较无服用者的PLT偏低,而HDL偏高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。乳腺癌患者化疗后体内存在着凝血功能的异常。凝血功能及血脂水平与患者临床分期密切相关,西黄胶囊可能对化疗后的乳癌患者的高凝状态有一定的改善作用。

To observe the changes of blood coagulation and blood lipid in patients with breast cancer before and after chemotherapy,and to investigate the effect of Xihuang Capsules on the hypercoagulable state of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy.Between January 2016 and July 2016,102 patients with pathologic diagnosis of breast cancer were enrolled in this study from Hunan Provincial People＇s Hospital.（1）There was significant prolongation of PTA along with PT,AF-Ⅲ reduction in breast cancer patients after chemotherapy（P〈0.05）.（2）Patients experienced TG,TG/CH increased but HDL decreased with significant difference（P〈0.05）after chemotherapy.（3）Fbg,TT were longer in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳbreast cancers after chemotherapy when compared with stageⅠandⅡ patients,but APTT,HDL were lower（P〈0.05）.（4）There was significant increased HDL level as well as reduced PLT with the addition of Xihuang capsules to chemotherapy for breast cancer patients（P〈0.05）.There is abnormal coagulation function occurred in breast cancer patients after chemotherapy.Coagulation function as well as the blood lipid levels is closely related to clinical stage of breast cancers.Xihuang capsule may improve the hypercoagulable status of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy.
