癌症患者常常体验到多重症状构成的症状群,给患者带来了诸多的负面影响,了解、识别、管理症状群能够有效地减轻这些负面影响。但目前关于癌症症状群的研究仍然处于初步阶段,且存在很多不明确及有争议的地方。因此,在参照众多相关文献的基础上,研究者致力于探讨癌症症状群相关概念、方法学及机制上存在的争议,并进行相应的分析,以期能够对后续研究产生一些启示作用,从而更好地对癌症患者的症状群进行评估、管理及干预。

Cancer patients often experience multiple symptoms which constitute symptom clusters,and bring a lot of negative impact on patients.Understanding,identifying and managing the symptom clusters can effectively reduce these negative effects.But at present,research on cancer symptom cluster is still in the preliminary stage,and there are still a lot of unclear and controversy on it.On the basis of many related literatures,the author worked to explore the controversy on concepts,methods and mechanism of symptom clusters.In order to provide enlightenment for follow-up studies,and thus medical professionals can evaluate,manage and intervene symptom clusters better.
