从《红楼梦》王熙凤与林黛玉的不同表现论郁证的证治规律

The Rule of Syndrome and Treatment of Depression From"a dream of Red Mansions"Wang Xifeng and Lin Daiyu's Different Performance

《红楼梦》中王熙凤与林黛玉均有"郁证"的临床表现,但分属于不同证型。本文从医者的角度,借助中医学知识分析二者不同的证候的缘由、不同的解决方式、不同的疾病呈现。认为郁证的治疗除了改善临床症状外,应注重患者的生活环境、身份地位、性格特征等对疾病的影响,更应关注其可能存在的并发症,同时亦可管窥曹翁深厚的中医药功底。

In the Chinese classical literary masterpiece ＂ A dream of Red Mansions＂,Wang Xifeng and Lin Daiyu both have the clinical manifestations of depression syndrome,but these belong to different syndrome types of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）.By virtue of TCM knowledge,this article analyzes the reasons of their different syndromes,different solutions as well as different disease manifestations from the perspective of doctors.The author thinks that for the treatment of depression syndrome,attention should be paid to the impact on disease from patients＇ living environment,status and traits of characters apart from improving clinical symptoms,and more attention should be paid to possible complications.Meanwhile,the glimpse of Cao Xueqin＇s profound knowledge in TCM can also be caught.
