The Drafting Method and Software Implementation for Interactive Electronic Standard Based on XML

针对传统人工编制标准的局限性,利用XML Schema定义了交互式电子标准的数据模式,利用XLST设计了交互式电子标准的出版样式,明确了交互式电子标准模式定义、内容填写、自动校验和标准出版等编制过程,开发了交互式电子标准编辑软件,实现了标准的填空式编写、免格式编辑、自主式校验和交互式阅读等。

Considering the limitation of traditional standard drafting by people, this paper defines the data model for interactive electronic standard with XML Schema and designs the publication sheet for it with XLST, makes clear the drafting process of interactive electronic standard including schema design, content addition, automatic check and publishing, develops a software to implement this method, so that standards drafters and users could benefit from it.
