摘要
文化消费是扩大内需新的增长点。中国城乡居民文化消费总量和人均文化消费支出增长迅速,但与发达国家相比,还存在较大差距。美国、英国和日本既是经济强国,也是文化消费大国,其文化消费增长经验对扩大中国文化消费有重要借鉴作用。国际经验表明,提高消费能力、改善消费环境、增强消费意愿和稳定消费预期是扩大文化消费的重要途径。需要从提高居民收入、降低文化产品和服务价格、改善文化消费环境、提高居民受教育程度、增加闲暇时间、鼓励文化产品和服务创新以及稳定居民消费预期等方面来促进中国文化消费发展。
Cultural consumption is the new growth point of expanding domestic demand. Chinese urban and rural residents' cultural consumption and per capita consumption expenditure grow rapidly, but compared with developed countries,there is still a big gap. America, Britain and Japan are not only powerful economies, but also big consumers of cultural consumption, whose cultural consumption growth experience has an important reference for the expansion of China's cultural consumption. The international experience shows that promoting the consumption ability, improving the consumption environment, enhancing the consumer desire and stabilizing the consumer expectation are important ways to expand the cultural consumption. To promote the development of culture consumption in China need increase the residents' income, reduce the prices of cultural products and services, improve the consumption environment in culture, enhance the education level of residents, increase residents' leisure time, encourage cultural products, service innovation, stabilize consumer expectations and so on.
