摘要
目的了解参加外科基地培训的规培医师的职业素养现状,为后期医师职业素养培训方案的制定提供科学依据。方法以第二军医大学长海医院参加外科规培的医师作为研究对象,利用拟制的《医学生职业素养评价调查表》进行问卷调查,调查对象包括住院医师身边的带教老师、护士和经管病人。统计问卷结果,了解其职业素养现状并分析影响因素。结果外科规培医师在利他主义、尊重他人、患者优先、诚实、接受批评、保密和同事关系等几项指标上得分较高。但在责任感、自信心、自我学习、主动工作、医患交流和同理心等几项指标的得分偏低。同时还发现从事临床工作的时间长短会对职业素养的部分项目产生影响,但超过一年后,其影响则相对较小。结论外科规培医师职业素养总体状况较好,但仍存在一些需要客观认识的实际问题,医院在今后制定有针对性的职业素养教育方案时都应加以考虑。
Objective: To understand the current status of the professionalism of surgery residents receiving standardized training, and provide scientific basis for the formulation of residents' professionalism training scheme. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted in our hospital using "Medical Students' Professionalism Evaluation Questionnaire". The participants included the mentors of the residents, nurses, and patients who were administered by the residents. Data was analyzed to investigate the current status of the residents' professionalism and the influential factors. Results: High scores were observed in the indexes of altruism, respect for others, patient priority, honest, accepting criticism, confidentiality, and colleague relationship. However, the scores were lower in responsibility, self - confidence, self - learning, initiative, communication with patients, and empathy. It also found that the time engaged in clinical work was an independent impact factor on some items, but the differences were not significant in the second or third year residents. Conclusion:The state of professionalism of surgery residents receiving standardized training in our hospital is relatively optimistic, but there are still some practical problems. The hospitals should take this into consideration when formulate targeted professionalism education scheme in the future.
