摘要
从中关两国医师职业倦怠状况入手,分析医疗体制、医疗保障制度、文化背景、个人因素等四方面引起中关医师职业倦怠差异的原因,并在互异的比较中探究对我国值得借鉴的启示:充分发挥市场的作用以提高效率,充分发挥政府的指导作用以兼顾公平。
Starting from the status of occupation burnout in Chinese and American physicians, this paper analyzed the causes of medical system, medical security system, cultural background, personal factors and so on. Compared with the differences, it also discussed the enlightenment to our country : giving full play to the role of the market in order to improve efficiency and giving full play to the guiding role of the government thus to consider fair-ness simultaneously.
