摘要
目的通过对医学生医德现状的调查,分析医学生的医德特点及其存在问题,提出深化医学生医德培养教学改革对策的思考。方法对汕头大学医学院831名在校生及302名毕业生进行定性与定量研究相结合的方法,了解医学生医德现状。结果 15.5%的医学生评价医生职业"崇高伟大",7.1%的医学生认为医生救死扶伤的宗旨履行得"好";85.3%以上的医学生认为医德包括"救死扶伤"和"尊重病人",92.3%的医学生认为目前有必要开展医德教育;56.4%的医学生认为医生收红包是"不应该,违背医德的行为",48.1%的医学生表示自己"不会收"。结论亟须深化医学生医德培养教学改革,可针对医德现状开展职业认同教育,借鉴并推广"服务一学习"教育模式,构建医德教育实践体系。
Objective: Through investigating the status of medical students' ethics, this paper aimed to explore its characteristics and the existing problems, then to put forward effective measures to deepen pedagogical reform. Methods: A qualitative and quantitative research was conducted among 831 undergraduates and 302 graduates in Shantou University Medical College to investigate the status of medical students' ethics. Results: Only 15.5% of medical students evaluated the medical profession was " grandeur" and 7.1% stated that doctors had fulfilled the mission of life -saving well. More than 85.3% thought that medical ethics included "life -saving" and "respecting for the patient" and 92.3% considered that there was a need to carry out medical ethics education currently. Meanwhile, 56.4% regarded that doctors receiving red envelopes as "the action of disallowance, contrary to morality" an deepen d 48.1% indicated that they would not receive red envelopes. Conclusions: There is an urgent need to pedagogical reform of medical students' ethics. Vocational identity education can be undertaken aiming at the state of medical ethics, and regard the ' service - learning" education mode asthe reference and promote it so as to establish the practice system of medical ethics education.
