对医学生医患沟通能力的培养是我国医学教育的薄弱环节,主要是因为基础理论和临床实践的脱节造成的。而早期接触临床作为联系基础和临床的桥梁,它从医德和医技两个方面提高医学生的素质,是实施医患沟通能力培养训练的一个有效途径。国内外医学院校在早期接触临床课程的开设和医患沟通能力培养方面积累了不少有益的经验,但也存在一些不足,需要进一步改进。

Abstract： Medical students＇ doctor -patient communication ability cultivation is a weak link of medical education in our country, mainly due to the disconnection between basic theory and clinical practice. As a bridge between basic and clinical practice, early contact to clinical work can improved both the medical students＇ medical ethics and medical technology, which is an effective way to implement the doctor - patient communication ability training. The domestic and foreign medical colleges have accumulated plentiful beneficial experience of setting the courses of early contact to clinic and training doctor - patient communication skills, but there still exist short comings and need further improvement.
