个性化养老服务需求的调查分析——以成都市为例

The Investigation and Analysis of Individual Pension Service Demand in Chengdu

经济新常态下,人口老龄化问题变得更加严峻,养老服务体系的改革对于"从容"变老显得尤为重要。基于参量式因素分析原理,采用实证研究方法对成都市现有的养老服务体系进行研究和探索,发现收入状况、养老意愿和居住方式对老年人的个性化养老服务需求影响显著。在此基础上提出政府要持续履行社会"兜底"功能,完善大数据体系下的老人基本信息,加强社区和养老机构的养老服务建设,加强对特殊群体的生活照护。

Under the circumstance of age intensifying, reforming the system of aged care service is important for growing old with ease in the New Normal. Based on the theory of parametric factor analysis,the paper uses the empirical analysis methods to research the system of the aged care service in Chengdu. It is found that personal income, the will of endowment for the aged and living habits have obvious effects on the demand of pension service. According to that, it is proposed that the government must take the responsibility of protecting all the underlying, supplement the elderly information it is proposed that, enhance the aged care service development in community and endowment institution, and reinforce the care for special groups.
