影响农户参保农业保险决策的因素分析

Study on Influencing Factors of Farmers' Agricultural Insurance Decision and Production

采用辽宁省农村入户调查数据,运用Heckman两阶段模型等方法,从微观层面实证研究农户农业保险参保决策及投保产量的决定因素。研究结果表明:农业收入、农业灾害、耕地面积对农户农业保险参保决策及投保产量产生正向影响;农业生产性支出不影响农户参与农业保险的决策,但是影响农户投保产量的高低;农户风险偏好、负债与农户参保决策及投保产量均为负相关关系;家庭资产数值越高,家庭经济条件越好,农户参与农业保险的概率越低,但是家庭资产对投保产量不产生影响;农户受教育程度越高,越容易接受新的规避农业风险的手段,这类农户越倾向于参与农业保险;除此之外,农户对农业保险的满意程度也是投保决策的重要影响因素。

From the microscopic point of view, this paper uses Heckman two-stage model method to verify the decision factors of farmers＇ agricultural insurance decision and production, through the survey data of rural household in Liaoning province. The results show that： the agricultural income, agricultural disaster risk, and the area of cultivated land have positive effects on agricultural insurance policy and production; Agricultural productive expenditure does not affect farmers＂ decision to participate in agricultural insurance, but the level of insurance production is affected; Farmers＇ risk preference, liability and insurance decision and production are negatively correlated; The higher the family assets value, the better the family economic conditions, the lower the probability of farmers＇ participation in agricultural insurance, but the family assets have no influence on the insurance production; The higher the education degree, the more easily a farmer accepts the new method to avoid the risk of agriculture, which is more inclined to participate in agricultural insurance; In addition, the degree of satisfaction of farmers to agricultural insurance is also an important factor affecting their decision making.
