基于现场采集与云服务的流量积算管理系统研究 被引量:3

摘要 将分布式云计算技术应用于工业生产过程的监测和控制,对于提高系统的实时性、兼容性、可扩展性以及降低设备的造价和维护成本起到重要的促进作用。提出的流量积算管理系统由现场采集控制设备和云服务中心组成,其中现场采集控制设备用于采集现场设备的流量、温度、压力等信号,并将数据发送到云服务中心,云服务中心负责流量的集中积算、实时数据和历史数据的存储、Web交互展示和控制。系统实现了流量数据的分布式采集、云端集中积算、数据统一存储、Web交互展示和控制等功能,满足生产现场对流量数据统一管理的需求,同时为扩展其他应用模式提供了成熟可用的架构模型和基础。 The distributed cloud computing technology is applied to the monitoring and control of the industrial productionprocess, which plays the significant auxo-action to improve the system real-time performance, compatibility and scalability, andreduce the device cost and maintenance expense. The flow integrating management system is composed of the field acquisitioncontrol device and cloud service center. The field acquisition control device is used to collect the flow, temperature and pressuresignals of the field acquisition device, and send the data to the cloud service center. The cloud service center takes charge ofthe flow centralizing integrating, real-time data and historical data storage, Web interactive exhibition and control. The systemrealizes the functions of flow data distributed collection, centralizing integrating in the cloud terminal, data unified storage,Web interactive exhibition and control, satisfies the requirement of work site for flow data unified management, and provides themature and available architecture model and foundation for the expansion of other application models.
