摘要 利用Pro/E完成某款电调红外镜头产品结构件的三维设计、静态干涉检查,导入Adams完成该件的动态演示及运动学仿真分析,获得内筒的运动特性曲线。仿真结果与理论计算吻合,满足设计要求。虚拟样机技术提高了设计效率,为结构件系列化设计和批量生产奠定了基础。 Use Pro/E to complete 3D design and static interference check of structure parts of a certain product of electric adjustable infrared lens,import into Adams to complete dynamic demonstration and kinematics simulation analysis,the motion characteristic curves of the inner cylinder are obtained. The simulation results are in agreement with the theoretical calculation and meet the design requirements. Virtual pro-totyping technology improves the design efficiency,laids the foundation for the structure parts series design and mass production.
