摘要
为解决信息管理系统设计架构复杂,影响因素繁多,用户信息决策困难,定性用户研究方法不能解决信息管理系统设计调查和研究中的难题。以铁路客运信息管理系统设计为案例,利用AHP层次分析法,通过数据分析手段对系统内部设计信息要素分层、加权。得出信息系统内部信息要素重要程度排序结果。通过AHP层次分析法对信息系统设计因素进行用户研究,可以确立用户需求和信息框架,从而提高人-机系统设计可用性。
The system architecture,the influencing factors of Information management system are complicated,user information decision is difficult.To solve the qualitative user research methods cannot solve the problem in the study of investigation and information management system design. In case of the railway passenger transport information management system,using the AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP),through data analysis on the system internal delamination,the weighted factors of information. Through AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to user research of factors in information system design,user requirements and the information framework can be established,so as to improve the man-machinesystem availability.
