摘要 探讨赛络菲尔纺三色花式纱的纺纱工艺与成纱质量。通过在QFA1528型细纱机上进行改装,将赛络菲尔纺与嵌入式纺纱原理相结合,采用两根有色长丝与一根棉粗纱进行纺制,纺制出赛络菲尔纺三色花式纱。选定两根有色长丝间距、捻系数以及长丝预加张力三项重要的纺纱工艺参数作为研究对象,分别研究单一因素和综合因素对赛络菲尔纺纺纱工艺及纱线质量的影响。分析认为纺制JC 15tex/83.3dtex/83.3dtex赛络菲尔纺三色花式纱的最优工艺配置为双丝间距为14mm,捻系数340,长丝预加张力为15cN。认为:双丝间距、捻度、长丝预加张力等工艺参数对花式纱线性能有显著影响。 Spinning technology and yarn quality of sirofil-spinning three colour fancy yarn were discussed. Through modifying QFA1528 spinning frame, combining sirofil spinning with embedded spinning principle, two colored filament and one cotton roving were adopt,sirofil spinning three colour fancy yarn was spun. Two colour filament distance, twist factor and filament pre-tension were used as research objects, influence of single factor and comprehensive factor on sirofil spinning technology and yarn quality were studied. The analysis suggests that the best spinning technology configuration of JC 15 tex/83.3 dtex/83.3 dtex sirofil spinning three colour fancy yarn is with two filament distance of 14 ram,twist factor 340 and filament pre-tension 15 cN. It is considered that two filament distance,twist and filament pre-tension have a significant impact on fancy yarn property.
