探讨赛络纺冰氧吧纤维粘胶双丝包芯牛仔纱的生产要点。根据冰氧吧纤维特点,制定了纺纱各工序纺纱工艺参数及主要技术措施。纺纱过程中,并条工序要严格控制生条的并合根数和定量,细纱和络筒工序重点把关偏丝、无丝、断丝等问题;同时对冰氧吧纤维含量进行了测试。指出:加强车间管理、科学制定把关路线可顺利生产出冰氧吧纤维/粘胶60/40 36.9tex双丝包芯纱。认为:冰氧吧系列纱线可以满足夏季舒适牛仔面料的质量要求。

The production key points of siro modified polyester fiber viscose double filament denim yarn were discussed. According to the properties of modified polyester fiber, spinning technology parameters of each spin- ning process and the main technology measures were established. During the spinning process, the drawing counts and ration should be severely controlled in drawing process, problems like leaning filament, missing filament, broken filament and so on should be focused in spinning and spooling process. Meanwhile, the modified polyester fiber content v〈as tested. It is pointed out that modified polyester fiber/viscose 60/40 36. 9 rex double filament yarn can be successfully produced by strengthening workshop management and scientifically building checking route. It is considered that modified polyester serial yarns can meet the quality requirement of summer comfortable denim fabric.
