摘要
探讨菠萝叶纤维/棉55/45 30tex纱的纺制工艺。先对菠萝叶纤维进行生化联合脱胶处理,经牵切和机械开松后,通过棉型纺纱设备成功纺制出菠萝叶纤维/棉55/45 30tex纱。结果表明:牵切和机械开松对纤维性能影响较大,合理配置工艺参数可以提高纱线性能;细纱捻系数应偏大掌握,捻系数为540时较佳。认为:经过工艺优化纺制的混纺纱线物理性能指标较好,表面光洁,能够满足织造要求。
The spinning process of pineapple leave fiber/cotton 55/45 30 tex yarn was discussed. Firstly,biochemical degumming treatment of pineapple leave fiber was proceeded. After drawing & cutting and mechanical opening, pineapple leave fiber / cotton 55/45 30 tex yarn was successfully spun by cotton spinning equipment. The results show that drawing & cutting and mechanical opening have great effects on the fiber properties. The yarn properties can be improved by reasonable parameter configuration. The spinning twist factor should be larger. 540 twist factors is better. It is considered that after optimization the blended yarn has better physical indexes and smooth surface. It can meet the weaving requirements.
