总结形状记忆包芯纱织物的生产要点,并测试其性能。介绍了形状记忆性能的表征和测试方法;以JC 28tex(形状记忆聚氨酯纤维78dtex)包芯纱为经、纬纱;保证整经速度小而均匀,速度控制在400m/min;浆纱工序以被覆为主,适度渗透;织造工艺设计以"中张力,小梭口,迟开口,中低后梁"为工艺原则。退浆后织物的形变固定率和形状回复率均在85%以上,织物平整度达到4级。认为:各工序采取合理有效的技术措施可保证形状记忆包芯纱织物的顺利生产。
The production key points of shape memory core-spun fabric were summarized and its properties were tested. The evaluation and test method of shape memory property were introduced. JC 28 rex core-spun yarn was used as warp and weft yarn. The warping speed was kept lower and consist. The speed was controlled as 400 m/rain. Sizing process focused on covering and with moderated permeation. The technology principle of "medium tension, smaller shed, later opening and medium lower back rest"was designed as weaving technology. The shape fixed rate and shape recovery rate of fabric after desizing were both above 85 %. The fabric smoothness was up to grade 4. It is considered that successful production of shape memory core-spun fabric can be ensured by taking reasonable and effective technology measures in each process.
