摘要
目的比较人工合成可吸收线与胶原蛋白可吸收线对鼻内镜手术切口愈合时间和拆线时疼痛情况。方法 100例鼻内镜手术随机分为A、B两组,每组50例。A组:采用胶原蛋白可吸收线;B组:采用人工合成可吸收线,比较两组切口愈合时间和拆线时疼痛情况。结果 A、B两组切口愈合无明显差异(P>0.05),但二组在脱略时间、拆线时疼痛有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论胶原蛋白可吸收线降解脱略时间与鼻内镜手术伤口愈合时间较匹配,是较为理想的选择。
OBJECTIVE To compare the application effect of synthetic absorbable suture and collagen absorbable suture in endoscopic sinus surgery. METHODS One hundred cases underwent nasal endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into A and B groups, and 50 cases in each group. A group used synthetic absorbable thread and B group used collagen absorption thread. The wound healing time and the pain during removing stitches were compared between two groups. RESULTS There was no significant difference in wound healing time between the two groups（P〉0.05）, but there was significant difference in pain assessment（P〈0.05） between the two groups. CONCLUSION The collagen absorbable suture has well matched degradation time with wound healing and is an ideal choice in endoscopic sinus surgery.
