摘要
立足通辽市森林资源、自然、社会和经济条件及林业产业现状和发展趋势,以市场为导向,以效益为中心,以生态安全、资源增长为宗旨,提出了以森林资源培育为主做优第一产业、以林产加工为主做强第二产业、以生态旅游为主做活第三产业构建林业产业体系,转变经济发展方式,全面促进传统林业向现代林业转变,实现区域生态、社会和经济协调发展。
Based on the forest resources, present situations and developing trend of forestry industry in Tong｜iao, with market as guide, efficiency as the centre, ecological security and resource growth as the purpose, the proposal to build forestry industry system was put forward in the paper. In order to optimize the first industry of forest re- sources cultivation, to strengthen the second one of forest products processing industry, to invigorate the third one of forestry eco - tourism industry, the transformation must be promoted from traditional forestry to modem forestry, which can realize the coordinated development of regional ecology, society and economy.
