摘要
介绍了一种新的基于离心过滤分离技术的集成电解液系统设计方案及其关键参数选择等具体的实施过程,分析了新电解液系统的技术优势及其与传统模式的区别。将该电解液系统应用在自行研制的精密电解加工设备中,达到了很好的产物过滤分离效果,证实该技术是实现绿色电解加工的一项实用技术。
Introduced a new integrated electro-hydraulic system based centrifugal filtration separation technology,including the design,the selection of key parameters,the concrete implementation process. Analyzed the differences and technology advantages of the new electrolyte system compared with the traditional mode of electrolyte systems. Now the centrifugal filtration separation technology of electrolyte has been domestic first applied on a self-made device. It reached a very good product filtration separation effect. It is proved that this technology is a practical technology for realizing green electrochemical machining.
