摘要
目的 :设计一种解决大型复合低压舱空气污染问题的净化与处理方案。方法 :通过调控进、出气量和换气次数等方法,并采用纳米半导体光催化、气液扰流变相、循环液污染物固化等核心技术,配合活性炭高效过滤拦截,使舱内空气中的气体污染物经过分解、吸收、固化等净化过程,最终达到清除颗粒物及特定空气污染物、净化舱内空气的效果。结果:经实验动物质量检测站检测,舱内6项空气指标均符合国家标准。结论:该方案可以很好地解决全密闭低压容器内空气污染的净化处理难题,使舱内空气质量优化并取得满意的效果。
Objective To propose an air purification scheme for the large composite low pressure tank. Methods The air purification was realized in the tank by eliminating the particles and specific air pollutants after decomposition, absorption, curing and etc, which involved in the regulation of intake and exhausting air volumes as well as air change rate, application of the techniques of nanosemiconductor photoeatalysis, gas-liquid turbulence phasing and curing pollutants from circulation fluid, and activated carbon filtering. Results The detection by quality cheek station of experimental animals showed all the six air indexes in the tank met national standard. Conclusion The scheme implements air purification in totally enclosed low pressure container.
