“军卫一号”“军卫二号”接口实现的过渡性方案

Transitional scheme for realizing interface between No.1 Military Medical Project and No.2 Military Medical Project

目的 :设计一个可以解决远程会诊病历、影像无法从"军卫一号"里直接提取问题的接口方案。方法 :使用Power Builder编程软件实现程序编写。其中,病历部分利用虚拟打印技术生成PDF文档;影像归档和通信系统(picture archiving and communication systems,PACS)影像部分利用DICOM协议直接从服务器下载。结果 :该接口方案可以一站式从"军卫一号"里提取患者的全部病历、医嘱、检查、检验、护理、PACS影像,并上传到远程会诊系统。结论:通过该接口方案,优化了远程会诊工作流程,提高了工作效率,且上传的病历、影像文档完整翔实,可作为现阶段下实现"军卫一号"与"军卫二号"接口的一种有效的过渡性方案。

Objective To propose an interface scheme to extract the medical records and images from No.1 Military Medical Project to realize remote consultation. Methods The interface program was developed with Power Builder software, with virtual printing technique to acquire PDF-formatted medical records and DICOM to download PACS images from the server. Results The interface scheme extracted the data on medical records, prescription, examinations, clinical laboratory, nursing and PACS images with one-station step and then uploaded them into the to/e-consultation system. Conclusion The interface scheme optimizes the tele-consuhation flow, enhances the working efficiency and assures the integrity of uploaded medical records and images, and thus can be a transitional interface scheme between No.1 Military Medical Project and No.2 Military Medical Project at current stage.
