摘要 目的 :验证图像引导放射治疗(image guide radiation therapy,IGRT)在体部伽马刀治疗系统中的作用。方法 :体部伽马刀传统框架定位方式结合IGRT来在线校正50例患者的摆位误差,观察治疗患者在图像引导前后的位移情况,确定使用IGRT后的变化。结果:经过校正50例患者治疗摆位误差,均能保证X、Y、Z 3个方向摆位平移阈值≤1 mm,转角误差偏移阈值<5°。结论:IGRT体部伽马刀比传统体部伽马刀在减少摆位误差精确放疗方面有明显的优势。 Objective To verify image guided radiation therapy (IGRT) for body gamma knife treatment system. Methods Totally 50 patients underwent traditional positioning of gamma knife treatment system, and then the setup errors were corrected by using IGRT. The shifts of the patients after correction were observed to determine the efficacy of IGRT. Results The correction had the translation thresholds at X, Y and Z direetions not more than 1 mm, and the offset angle errors (deg) less than 5°. Conclusion IGRT improves gamma knife treatment system in positioning precision, and thus facilitates the precision radiotherapy of tumors.
