加强可吸收止血材料临床应用管理措施及成效

Clinical application management measures and effects of absorbable hemostatic materials

目的 :通过对医院可吸收止血材料临床应用存在的问题、管理措施及成效进行分析,为医院加强可吸收止血材料临床应用管理提供参考依据。方法:依据医院实施关于加强可吸收止血材料管理的相关办法措施,对2015年上半年与2014年同期手术量、重大手术比例、医用耗材占比、可吸收止血材料人均费用、病历合格率等进行比较。结果:2015年上半年与2014年同期相比,医院手术量、重大手术比例增加,医用耗材占比和可吸收止血材料人均费用降低,病历合格率和止血材料使用合格率明显提高。结论:医院通过规范化建设,加强对可吸收止血材料临床应用的管理,确保了可吸收止血材料安全、有效、经济、合理使用。

Objective To analyze the problems, management measures and effects of absorbable hemostatic materials clinical application to lay a foundation for the hospital. Methods The operative quantity, major operation proportion, proportions of consumable materials, mean expense of absorbable hemostatic materials, qualification rate of medical records in the first half year of 2014 were compared with those in the same period of 2015.Results The operative quantity, major operation proportion, qualification rates of medical records and hemostatic materials application in 2015 were higher than those in 2014, while the proportions of consumable materials and major operation proportion in 2015 were less than those in 2014.Conclusion Hospital standardization and clinical application management enhance the safety and efficiency of hemostatic materials.
