面向新材料开发与应用的校企协同和产学研合作培养模式探讨

Study on Training Model about School-enterprise Cooperation and University-Industry Cooperation Oriented to New Material Development and Application

针对现阶段对高校学生就业和创新教育的要求,以新材料开发和应用过程中的合作培养模式为例,阐述了目前存在的问题,在此基础上,探讨了校企通过优势互补协同发展的途径,并根据既有经验,分析了构建产学研的人才培养模式的方法。把高校的学术研究和人才培养与企业的人力利用和效益提升有效统一,达到目标一致,将会实现校企共赢。在校企合作与产学研合作的综合效应下,将对新材料的开发和应用的长远发展产生积极意义。

According to the requirement of student employment and innovation education,the problems are explained,cooperation training model in new material development and application as an example. On this basis,the means of synergic development and complementary advantages between school and enterprise are researched. Then the methods of building personnel training model are analyzed according to gained experience. If the academic research,personnel training and efficiency improvement are effective unified,it will make the uniform target and implement winning together between school and enterprise. Under comprehensive effect of school-enterprise cooperation and university-industry cooperation,it will have positive effect on new material development and application.
