大学生法治教育的困境与出路——以《思想道德修养与法律基础》课“05教改方案”为考察对象

The Predicament and Outlet of College Students' Legal Education——Taking "05 Teaching Reform Plan" of "Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis" as the Object of Study

党的全面推进依法治国的法治理念对大学生法治观教育提出了更高要求。但"05教改方案"实施10年后,以《基础》课为主渠道的大学生法治教育并不理想,大学生法治教育已经存在被边缘化的趋向,不能满足新常态下大学生对法律知识和法律观念教育的需要。面对这种情形,大学生法治教育必须进行开放性的新思维教学改革。

Rule of law was firstly proposed to be promoted comprehensively in the form of a special session at the CPC Central Committee. This renders higher requirements for college students＇ legal education,while after ten years enforcement of the reform of basic courses of 2005,the results of legal education with basic courses being the main approach for students in colleges and universities is not satisfactory,which is not enough to meet the educational requirements under the new norm. The legal education for college students is inclined to be marginalized. Facing with these situations in question,the legal education for college students should be reformed by open and innovative ideas.
