关于对在校免费师范生攻读在职教育硕士的意向调查——以陕西师范大学为例

A Study on the Intention of Studying the Master's Degree in the Free Normal University Students in the School——Taking Shaanxi Normal University as an Example

该研究以陕西师范大学2012级免费师范生为例就攻读在职教育硕士的意向进行调查,其中79.4%的学生想攻读在职教育硕士,20.6%的学生不想攻读。结合教师的访谈,分析得到影响攻读意向的因素主要有:对政策中"限制只能读本校在职教育硕士"的满意程度;对教育职业的热爱程度;受社会中一些消极因素的影响程度;等等。

This research intention to grade 2012 in Shaanxi Normal University as an example of free normal students studying for their master of education were investigated,of which 79.4% of the students want to pursue In-Service Master of education,20.6% of the students don＇t want to go. Combined with the teacher interviews,analysis of influence factors for the intention of policy are： ＂restricted to this school in-service education master＂ satisfaction degree of occupation education;love;by some negative factors in society influence.
