医疗关系中的医患沟通模式——以患者为中心临床策略和依恋理论的教学与实践参考

Doctor-Patient Communication Mode in Medical Relationship——Patient-centered Clinical Strategy and Attachment Theory Teaching and Practice Reference

我国医患关系不容乐观,研究发现沟通意识及技巧的缺乏是影响医患关系最主要的医方因素之一。医患沟通模式是医患沟通全过程的总体性描述,是医患沟通实践教学以及研究的指导纲领。虽然国外医患沟通模式在理论与实践上发展较完善,但国内缺少对于医学沟通模式的研究及实践,本文选取在国外医院和初级卫生保健中被广泛采纳的医患沟通模式——以患者为中心的医疗沟通模式和依恋理论,通过对两种模式内容、测量及发展的探讨,为我国医患沟通教育及实践提供参考。

The doctor-patient relationships are not optimistic in China,the study found that 80% of doctor-patient disputes were attributed to the doctor＇s service attitude,language communication and the problems of medical ethics.Doctor-patient communication mode is a general description of the whole process of doctor-patient communication.Although doctor-patient communication models in western countries were developed in theory and practice,researches and practice were lack in China. The article selected two models of doctor-patient communication that were popular in hospitals and primary health care respectively in the United States- Patient-centered communication（PCC） and attachment theory,and provided the reference on education and practice of doctor-patient communication for our country.
