摘要
本文分析了地方本科高校学分制下实施本科生导师制的可行性和必要性,并阐述了地方院校实施本科生导师制的可行措施,为建构符合地方特色的本科导师制人才培养模式提供了思路,以期对地方高校本科生导师制的建设提供一定的借鉴意义。
This paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of undergraduate tutor system in local undergraduate colleges and universities. Some practice measures have been proposed for constructing the local-featured mode of undergraduate tutorial system,expecting to offer some useful implication of the undergraduate tutor system construction for local universities and colleges.
