酒店管理专业具有理论与实践并重的特点,强调专业教学应构建开放式、多元化的教学,以推进专业教育教学的改革发展。本文立足酒店管理专业的教学现状,分析了酒店管理专业混合式教学模式改革所面临的困境,并在此基础上,从构建多样化教学方法、建立健全考核评价体系和全面推进教师队伍建设三个方面,阐述了深化酒店管理专业混合式教学模式改革的应对措施。

Hotel management has the characteristics of both theory and practice,emphasize the construction of open teaching should be diversified teaching,to promote the reform and development of professional education. Based on the teaching situation of hotel management,hotel management professional analysis of Hybrid Teaching Mode Reform Dilemma,and on this basis,from the construction of diversified teaching methods,establish a sound evaluation system and comprehensively promote the three aspects of the construction of teachers,expounds some measures for deepening the reform of professional mixed teaching model of the hotel management.
