城市公立医院补偿机制改革研究

Research on the innovation of urban public hospital compensation mechanism

完善的城市公立医院补偿机制在国家公共医疗卫生服务体系中有着重要地位,而我国的城市公立补偿机制改革过程中还存在诸多难题。本文基于对陕西省城市公立医院经济运行现状的分析,发现我国城市公立医院补偿机制改革存在政府投入不到位、医疗服务价格形成机制及医疗保障机制不完善等问题;并通过分析借鉴国内外公立医院补偿机制改革经验,提出了完善我国改革城市公立医院补偿机制的基本构想。

A complete compensation mechanism for urban public hospital possesses an important position in the sanitary service system of national public medical treatment. This article demonstrates the existing problem of the compensation mechanism innovation of our country＇s urban public hospital, for example the lack of government investment、the imperfection of medical treatment pricing mechanism and medical security systemetc., based on the analysis of current practical situation of Shaanxi urban public hospital economics; alsopropounds a basic conception of improving the compensation mechanism of our country＇s urban public hospital innovation by analyzing and learning from the innovation experience of public hospital compensation mechanism at home and abroad.
