摘要 以植物DNA条形码为代表的新兴生物技术逐渐推广应用于林业科学研究领域。文中介绍了美国科研机构和高校联合开发的Leafsnap可视化植物识别软件的应用情况,根据当前已开展的植物DNA测序和数据库平台构建情况,初步提出一个综合植物DNA条形码、形态和环境信息的智能识别系统,以期为将来改进或开发出更准确、更快捷、更有趣且能进行公众参与的植物识别应用软件提供一些思路,为森林生物多样性研究和应用提供帮助。 A newly - emerging biotechnology, named plant DNA barcoding, has been gradually applied inthe field of forest science. The paper briefly introduced the application of visual software of plantidentification (Leafsnap) which was jointly developed by US research institutes and universities. The authorproposed an intelligent identification system for plants, integrating genetic, morphological and environmentalinformation, based on the plant DNA sequencing and database platform establishment that have beenconducted. This study is aimed to provide some thoughts on the modification and development of plantidentification software which is more precise, more convenient, more interesting and more prone to encouragethe public participation, and also offer assistance to the study and application of forest biodiversity.
