海洋脂肪酶及单细胞蛋白对白羽肉鸡生产性能和肠道微生物区系的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为探究饲料中添加海洋脂肪酶及单细胞蛋白对白羽肉鸡生产性能和肠道微生物区系的影响,本试验将240只7日龄白羽肉鸡随机分为4个处理组,脂肪酶在试验组1、试验组2和试验组3饲料中的添加水平分别是2 U/g、4 U/g和6 U/g,单细胞蛋白在试验组中的添加水平均为500 g/t,对照组在饮水和日粮中不添加任何添加剂。研究结果表明:在饲粮中添加海洋脂肪酶及单细胞蛋白显著降低了白羽肉鸡的料重比,通过高通量分析肉鸡盲肠微生物区系,显示菌群结构主要由厚壁菌门、变形菌门、拟杆菌门和疣微菌门4大类构成,海洋脂肪酶及单细胞蛋白显著提高了试验组瘤胃球菌科Ruminococcaceae_unclutured(属)的微生物数量,这可能是试验组白羽肉鸡生产性能得到改善的原因。 A study was carried out to investigate the effect of marine lipase and single cell protein on the growth performance and intestinal microbial population of broilers. A total of 240 seven-day old broilers were divided into four groups, randomly. A group received a basal diet with no supplementation and served as control, the rest three groups were fed basal diet supplemented with 2, 4 and 6 U/g lipase, and single cell protein level in each treatment group was 500 g/t. The results showed that marine lipase and single cell protein decreased feed conversion ratio of broilers significantly. The structure and compositions of cecal bacteria were studied using high-throughput sequencing technology, the results showed that the bacteria mainly consisted of Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes and Verrucomicrobia. Marine lipase and single cell protein significantly increased the bacterial abundance of uncultured Ruminococcaceae, which might help to promote the growth performance of broilers.
