摘要
本文总结了宁夏渔业发展的成就和经验,提出了宁夏渔业值得关注的几个问题,以宁夏渔业为代表提出了西北渔业发展定位问题。研究认为,西北地区渔业发展应突出特色,汲取东部和南方地区渔业发展的经验和教训,强化服务和支持,走可持续发展之路。
This paper summarizes the achievements and experiences in the development of Ningxia fishery and puts forward several problems. Based on the fishery of Ningxia, this paper proposes the problem of fisheries positioning in Northwest China. This study suggests that the development of fisheries in Northwest China should highlight local characteristics, and learn from lessons of eastern and southern regions; government should strengthen service and support for fisheries and take the road of sustainable development.
