掺粉煤灰厂拌热再生沥青混合料性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了确定掺加粉煤灰后再生沥青混合料的路用性能,设计了厂拌热再生沥青混合料配合比,在此基础上,向厂拌热再生混合料中掺加粉煤灰,并进行混合料高温车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验以及四点弯曲疲劳试验,研究了粉煤灰掺量对厂拌热再生混合料的高温、低温、水稳性和疲劳性能的影响。试验结果表明:粉煤灰的掺入能够提高厂拌再生混合料的路用性能,粉煤灰掺量为20%时,混合料高温稳定性最优,掺量为15%时,疲劳性能最优。 In order to determine the road performance of recycled asphalt mixture after adding fly ash,the mix proportion of asphalt mixture is designed,then fly ash is mixed with the heat recycling mixture,and the high temperature rutting test,low temperature bending test,immersion Marshall test,freeze- thaw split test and four point bending fatigue test are carried out,the effects of fly ash content on the high temperature,low temperature,water stability and fatigue property of the mixed heat recycled mixture are studied. The test results show that the mixing of fly ash can improve the pavement performance of the plant,when the fly ash content is 20%,the mixture temperature stability is the best,and when the fly ash content is15%,the fatigue performance is the best.
